The narrative volume titled "1945 and Other Stories" was published in Chinese language as well.
The collection of short stories titled "1945 and Other Stories" translated by Yu Zemin has now become available to Chinese readers as well following its previous releases in Italian and Slovak. The translation was made possible with the support of the Petőfi Literary Fund.
The book is a compilation of eight poignant stories that present the fate of the Jewish people from the perspective of Central and Eastern European individuals who were displaced and persecuted during World War II. The stories span sixty years, from the Second World War to the present day. They are both ironic and dramatic, evoking a sense of pathos. They depict the experiences of survivors returning home, forced deportations, post-war traumas, Jewish trials, and stories of pain and hope.
Poet, writer, and journalist Gábor Szántó T. began his literary career with poems and short prose pieces, many of which have been translated into various languages. His works have already been translated into German, Russian, Czech, Turkish, Italian and Slovak.

Kínában is megjelent az ’1945 és más történetek’ című elbeszélő kötet.
Az 1945 és más történetek elbeszélő kötet olasz és szlovák megjelenését követően, most már a kínai olvasók számára is elérhető Yu Zemin fordításában. A fordítás a Petőfi Kulturális Ügynökség támogatásával valósult meg.
A könyv nyolc szomorú történet gyűjteménye, amely a zsidó nép sorsát tárja elénk a II. világháború alatt kitelepített és üldözött közép- és kelet-európai emberek szemszögéből. A történet hatvan évet ölel át, a II. világháborútól egészen napjainkig. Ironikus, drámai és egyben megható. A hazatérő túlélők, a kényszerű kitelepítés, a háború utáni traumák, a zsidó megpróbáltatások, fájdalom és remény történeteit mesélik el.
A költő, író, újságíró Szántó T. Gábor irodalmi pályáját versekkel, kisprózákkal kezdte, írásait számos nyelvre fordították. Műveit német, orosz, cseh, török, olasz és szlovák nyelvekre ültették már át.
