The V4 book fair series began in Bratislava

The agency presented the quarterly English language literary magazine at the festival. The discussion about The Continental Literary Magazine was welcomed with huge interest. Besides journalists, authors and publishers, chief organizer of the festival František Malík sat in the audience as well. František Malík got to know the magazine during the accompanying event of the London book fair. Because of this, he was happy to accept the agency’s application to the festival in Bratislava. The mission of The Continental Literary Magazine is to present Central European countries’ literature to American readers. Four Slovakian authors have also written for the two issues published so far. For this reason, the Bratislava event was especially significant not only for readers but also for creators.

The V4 book fair series that began in Bratislava continues in Warsaw on 23 May, then moves on to Prague. Furthermore, the agency will appear with various programmes at the first organized Sepsibook in Sepsiszentgyörgy as well as at the Budapest Festive Book Week.
