Successful ENLIT conference in Vilnius

On June 15-16, 2023, Dániel Levente Pál and Anna Flóra Cseri participated in the annual conference and workshop of ENLIT (European Network for Literary Translation) in Vilnius.  During the discussions with colleagues from the Czech Republic, Finland, Catalonia, England, Ireland, Slovenia, Estonia, Lithuania, Greece, Germany, Norway, Sweden and one of the directors of the Frankfurt Book Fair, a common position was reached on the participation in Guadalajara 2023, where the European Union will be the guest of honour this year. During the afternoon workshops, the heads of the institutions involved in the promotion of national literatures abroad shared good practices and ideas on how they have been able to successfully promote their authors, classical or contemporary literature. We are glad to see that after the pandemic, brainstorming has actively started again. With great enthusiasm and motivation!
